Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel had some ups and downs during my stay. The rooms, although a bit stuffy due to the heater, were well-appointed and the prompt resolution of issues was superb. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to the concierge staff like Ms. Liz Kang who was incredibly helpful. The location was fantastic with great views and a central position, although the presence of protests could be a downside. The dining experience was mixed, with some wonderful options but occasional waiting times. Overall, a hotel with a lot to offer, but with minor areas for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The room, although modern and providing stunning views, was a bit small for the price and had an unusual bed placement in the center. However, the service was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed and valued. The location was very convenient, perfect for shopping, sightseeing, and dining, but the lack of additional facilities compared to other 5-star hotels was noticeable. The dining experience was a mix of wonderful local and western dishes but somewhat repetitive. Overall, a stay with both highlights and areas that need improvement.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were a bit smaller than expected and it got very hot inside, but I wasn't in the room much anyway. The service was a bit of a hit or miss - some staff were helpful and courteous, like Ms. Lee at the concierge, but others were quite rude. The location was convenient, especially for the airport transfer, but they could improve the facilities to match other 5-star hotels. The dining experience had its moments with a variety of options, but sometimes lacked in quality, maybe due to busier times. Overall, it's an okay place to stay if you're not too picky.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, with fun and functional rooms featuring a unique design element through a vent in the window. The Club Lounge access added an extra touch of luxury, taking up a third of the room space. The service was impeccable, offering us tickets to a museum and a meal coupon for my son, despite not being able to upgrade. The location was amazing, right in front of Seoul Plaza, close to cultural attractions and a short stroll to Myungdong for shopping and dining. The dining experience was delightful, with a buffet offering a variety of Asian and Western dishes. The facilities were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.
The hotel is situated in a very convenient location, with easy access to Myeongdong and underground shopping malls. The rooms were immaculate, although the layout was a bit odd, and facing the Seoul Plaza added a lively atmosphere. The service was excellent, with staff being very attentive and accommodating. Dining options were varied but slightly expensive. Overall, a good value for money stay with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel has a quirky room setup with the bed in the middle facing the door, but overall, the rooms are decent size, comfortable, modern, and very clean, with a fun design element. The service was excellent, offering tickets to the museum and a meal coupon as a gesture for not being able to upgrade. The location is perfect, right in front of Seoul Plaza and close to major attractions, offering both a busy city experience and a chance to relax. The dining experience is amazing, with a great selection from traditional Korean dishes to westernized breakfast options. The hotel features great facilities to enhance the stay.
The hotel has a nicely decorated room but a bit odd with a huge bed taking most of the space and two big round mirrors facing each other. The poor lobby design could be improved, and occasional noise from protesters outside City Hall can be disruptive.
